Endurance sports tend to attract overachievers who never stop and always want more. However, heavy training may contribute to physical and mental diseases by adding daily stress load, physical and mental, to people already in a constant alert mode from life demands. In order to better support some of these extreme athletes, I started to learn new skills such as Nutrition Coaching, Health and Life Coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming, different types of meditation and breathing techniques, as well as a few hypnotic practices.
I integrated all this into my coaching programs. Most of them are based on one-on-one (online) personal sessions. My experience shows that a dozen sessions spread over 12 weeks works best. I mainly work with ‘athletes’, but don’t get fooled by the word. What I mean by the word athlete is someone who is naturally self-motivated and exercise often. If you have an issue to work on and have this mindset, we should be able to work together.
Coaching requires a high level of dedication that not everybody can make nor is willing to make, so I have also created courses to help you improve your health.
